U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled (for the THIRTEENTH TIME) that videogames are protected as free speech under the First Amendment, and there is no link between videogame play and violent behavior. A CA bill for a law that would require stiffer penalties for minors purchasing violent videogames and more stringent labeling requirements was deemed unconstitutional.
