International Games Month is an initiative of the American Library Association, in collaboration with the Australian Library and Information Association, L’Associazione Italiana Biblioteche, and Nordic Game Week, and Finnish Games Week to reconnect communities through their libraries around the educational, recreational, and social value of all types of games.
Aquarius – Connect earth, fire, water, sky, and space cards by matching colors. The first to connect seven wins! An excellent first card game for early childhood educators to introduce to their students. With rules variations for kids as young as 3, and originally designed to be enjoyable by adults, this is a game for everyone. It’s great for families, and a perfect add-on for a story-time event!
Looney Labs will be donating 200 copies of Aquarius to libraries this year. To be signed up for the drawing be sure to indicate your interest on the IGM registration form.
